How to Create a Template
Step 1: Loginβ
Login to the admin panel with valid credentials. Enter your credentials and click Submit.
Step 2: Dashboard Accessβ
Once logged in, you'll land on the welcome dashboard.
Step 3: Access Templatesβ
Click on Templates under the Creative Asset tab to view existing templates.
Step 4: Create a New Template Groupβ
Click on βCreate New Groupβ. This opens a blank template form. Once saved, you can resize this base template to other product sizes.
Note: All resized versions will be grouped under the original template for ease of editing/publishing.
4a: Fill Template Detailsβ
- Template Name β Name that appears in the designer
- Products β Select product type
- Occasions β Choose relevant occasion
- Tags β Add tags like #birthday, #wedding
Click Create to launch the Template Creator in a new tab.
4b: Edit the Templateβ
Click on any template group to edit Tap on the icon to modify the design Make edits β Save β Publish
Template Creator Interface & Features
Navigationβ
Template name and product type appear at the top left. For photobooks, use the Add Pages button at the bottom.
Upload Photosβ
- Go to the Photos tab
- Upload .jpg/.jpeg files Avoid CMYK images to prevent color issues during conversion.
Photo Holdersβ
- Predefined frames (square, portrait, landscape)
- Go to Photo Holders tab β Click red-highlighted box β Drag to workspace
Backgroundsβ
- Select from pre-uploaded .jpg backgrounds
- Upload custom ones via admin section CMYK files not supported
Clipartβ
- Go to Clipart tab β Click to apply
- Only .png format with transparent background is allowed
- Admins can upload new cliparts
Add Text Fieldsβ

Use the Floating Text or Text button

The placeholder 'Enter Your Text' won't render; enter any other content

Save & Previewβ
- Click Save to store changes
- Click Preview to see in 2D
- Click Close to exit (ensure template is saved before closing)
How to Resize a Template
Step-by-Step Resizing Processβ
- Go to Dashboard β Click Templates
- Open a template or create a new one
- Once in Template Creator, click on Layout tab
- Select the desired size from the layout list
- It opens in a new tab β verify & edit design
- Click Save after adjustment
- The resized template will appear grouped under the original template
- Publish it by clicking the Publish button
- Once published, the resized version becomes available to users under the same category as the base Users will receive an overwrite warning before applying the template
